Founded in 2006, ProStars has grown into a leading provider of school sports across Monmouthshire, the Forest of Dean, Herefordshire, Gloucester, and Cheltenham. Based in Lydney, we focus on developing sport in local primary schools.
Through our partnership with Forest Sports Education, we ensure new coaches gain the right qualifications and hands-on experience alongside their studies, preparing them to deliver outstanding service in every school.
In partnership with VLUK, Forest Sports Education (FSE) in Lydney offers quality sports education for students aged 16 and over pursuing a career in sport.
The college specialises in sports education, offering the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (Performance and Excellence), the Level 2 Extended Certificate in Sport, and an HND in Sports Development and Coaching, with an optional third-year top-up to a full degree.

My girls joined the summer Kids Club at Picklenash and had the most brilliant couple of weeks. Every evening they came home exhausted but buzzing! I couldn’t recommend Prostars highly enough for value and fun
My girls have tried out numerous holiday clubs and tell me Prostars is the best. Activities are varied and fun. They are constantly active and engaged. Coaches are friendly and approachable. As a parent I feel happy dropping them off knowing they’ll always have a fun day.
My youngest daughter loves attending football camp too and is made to feel welcome and valued by the team
I really rate the clubs Jack and the team run at Newnham. My daughter has the security of her own school and friends, plus can meet new children. She loves the choice of activities. Very competitive rates for full day care, a great solution for working parents
Sonny has loved his time with Pro Stars this summer holiday. He’s been every week so far this summer to the kids club at Ashfield Park school. Every instructor has been brilliant and he’s loved all the activities. I hope you come back to the school every holiday, we’ll certainly be booking again. Thank you to everyone involved
